DELIVERY/ SHIPPING

 

Standard free delivery in Australia takes 3 to 10 business days. When you place an order, you will receive a reply e-mail acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment has been processed. You will also receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order`s delivery progress. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end, we will keep you informed by e-mail of expected dispatch dates.

 

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

 

The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.

 

Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Unichi via email info@unichi.com.au and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched we will not be able to exchange the product.

 

Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
